The short version

This summary is for convenience only. It does not replace the full Terms below, which govern.

1. Acceptance and relationship to other documents

  1. These Terms of Service (Terms) are a binding agreement between you and LP Studio, Leon Panjtar s.p., a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Slovenia, Kamnitnik 17, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia, Registration No. 6493211000, VAT ID SI23530898 (we, us, Zero-Hour). They govern your use of the website at zerohoursystem.com and its pages, including the Get started page and the emails we send from it (together, the Website).
  2. By using the Website you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
  3. The app. Buying a licence for, downloading or using the Zero-Hour app for Mac (the App) is governed by the Master Software Subscription Agreement (MSSA), which you accept by ticking the box before checkout, at Stripe Checkout, or in the App. The MSSA covers the licence, fees, renewal, refunds, the guarantee, the referral program, your content and what data leaves your Mac.
  4. Order of precedence. If these Terms conflict with the MSSA on anything about the App, your licence, billing or your content, the MSSA prevails. These Terms govern everything else about the Website.
  5. If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organisation and you together.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to buy a licence or enter into the MSSA.
  2. You must not be located in, or a resident of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or be on any sanctions list (see MSSA, Export controls and sanctions).

3. The website, buying and signing in

  1. No web accounts. There is no web dashboard, web account or free plan. The Website describes the App and lets you buy a yearly licence.
  2. Buying. Checkout runs on Stripe. Prices, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes and the EU right of withdrawal are set out in the MSSA. Prices shown on the Website are offers we can change for new purchases at any time.
  3. Get started page. After you buy, you confirm your email with a one-time code to see your download link, licence details and setup guide. Anyone with access to your inbox can do this, so keep your email account secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your licence.
  4. Availability. We aim to keep the Website and downloads available but do not guarantee it. We may change or suspend them for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to do, attempt, or help anyone else do any of the following:

Rules about recording calls, publishing content and using the App are in the MSSA. We may investigate suspected violations and may block access and report unlawful activity to authorities.

5. Our intellectual property

  1. The Website and the App, including their text, design, graphics, videos, templates, looks, prompts, the "R.E.A.L. Method", documentation, logos and trade marks (including "Zero-Hour" and "Zero-Hour Content System"), are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
  2. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms and the MSSA, we reserve all rights. Your rights to use the App are set out in the MSSA.
  3. You may not use our name, logos or trade marks without our prior written consent, except to truthfully say that you use Zero-Hour.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose without obligation to you, and you agree we may treat it as non-confidential.

7. Third-party services and links

  1. The Website uses or links to services run by other companies, including Stripe for checkout, Meta (only if you accept it in the cookie banner) and Google Fonts. The App works with Claude Code (Anthropic) and Buffer under your own accounts, as described in the MSSA. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
  2. We do not control third-party services or linked websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
  1. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the EU Digital Services Act, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. Your content is created and kept on your own Mac, so we can only act on material we host, such as reels we hold temporarily for Buffer, or on the Website itself.
  2. How to notify us. Send a notice to Leon Panjtar, LP Studio, [email protected], Kamnitnik 17, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia, including: (a) the work or right you say is infringed; (b) the material and where it is (URL); (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; (e) a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
  3. What we do. We review the notice, may remove or disable access to the material, and may tell the person concerned and give them a copy of the notice. They may send a counter-notice as the law allows.
  4. Knowingly sending a false notice may make you liable for damages.

9. Disclaimers

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Warranties for the App are in the MSSA.
  2. Descriptions, examples and results shown on the Website are illustrations. Using Zero-Hour does not guarantee reach, views, followers, leads, sales or revenue. Nothing on the Website is professional, legal, financial or marketing advice.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right that cannot be excluded, including the rights consumers in the EU and UK have for digital content and services.

10. Limitation of liability

  1. What we do not exclude. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) gross negligence or wilful misconduct, where the law does not allow it to be limited; (d) breach of mandatory consumer protection rights; or (e) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
  2. Exclusion of certain losses. Subject to 10.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website.
  3. Cap. Subject to 10.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will not exceed €100. Liability for the App and your licence is governed by the MSSA, which prevails.
  4. Consumers. If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights, and we are liable to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence, as the law requires.

11. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of law in using the Website. Indemnities for your content and use of the App are in the MSSA. This section does not apply to consumers to the extent their law prohibits it; in that case you remain liable for losses caused by your breach as the law provides.

12. Suspension

We may block or limit your access to the Website, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, if your use creates legal or security risk for us or others, or if an authority requires it. Suspension and termination of your licence are governed by the MSSA. Sections 5, 6 and 9 to 16 survive.

13. Changes to the website and these Terms

  1. Website. We may change, add or remove anything on the Website at any time.
  2. Terms. We may update these Terms. The version date at the top shows when they last changed. For material changes we will post the new version here at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law or clearly in your favour. Continued use of the Website after that date means you accept the new version. Changes to the MSSA follow MSSA section 18.

14. Governing law

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia whether you are a consumer or a business, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another country whose law gives you mandatory protection, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this section takes them away.

15. Disputes and consumer rights

This section also applies to the MSSA, as MSSA section 20 says.

  1. Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, contact [email protected] describing the issue. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.
  2. Courts. Subject to the rest of this section, the courts of the Republic of Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction, with the competent court in Ljubljana as the agreed venue. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country, and we may bring proceedings against you only there.
  3. EU consumers. The European Commission has operated an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; its availability may change or end, and if it is no longer available you may use any alternative dispute resolution body in your country. We are not obliged, and do not currently commit, to take part in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body, except where the law requires it. You can also contact your national consumer protection authority or a European Consumer Centre.
  4. No arbitration; individual claims only. We do not use arbitration. Disputes are heard by the courts under 15.2. To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, you and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, collective or representative proceeding. This does not apply where it would deprive a consumer of mandatory rights.
  5. Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after it arose. This does not apply to consumers where their law provides a longer period that cannot be waived.

16. General terms

  1. Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and, if you buy or use the App, the MSSA are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject matter.
  2. Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest stays in effect.
  3. No waiver. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  4. Assignment. We may assign these Terms to a successor of our business and will tell you.
  5. Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power or internet failures, failures of hosting providers, or changes to third-party services.
  6. No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for anyone other than you and us.
  7. Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices from us electronically, and that electronic acceptance (ticking a box or clicking a button) is a valid signature.
  8. Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience; the English version controls to the extent the law allows.
